Education loan property documents lag!
Question
Sir,My father and his brother didn’t filed partition deed still my fathers brother selled is share of the property! Im taking education loan on my Father’s share and bank is asking for partition deed kindly help me with alternative and quick option sk i can make! And get my loan ASAP!

You may show that the property is partitioned between the brothers by way of mutual family settlement. give affidavit in support of the mutual family settlement from the respective parties who are owners of the joint property.
