I have recently caught my wife cheating on me…What should I do now to be safe from the suicide threats and to finish mutual divorce?

I have been married for 12 years and have three children from the marriage. I have recently caught my wife cheating on me with her ex-boy friend from last 6 months. I caught her chatting to him with love messages and doing video calls. Once I caught her she threatened me that she will commit suicide if I don’t give her divorce by mutual consent. We applied for mutual consent divorce which is pending and first motion has already been passed. I have paid the portion of permanent alimony decided. Later, she tried to commit suicide for the reason that she had a fight with her boy friend. Now she doesn’t want to give divorce but I cannot live with her. I am ready to take custody of all the children as per the settlement. What should I do now to be safe from the suicide threats and to finish mutual divorce?

    if you have filed for divorce by mutual consent and first motion has been passed and both of you have acted upon the terms of settlement for the mutual consent for divorce then in such case, she cannot resile from her consent after acting upon the terms agreed between the parties. If she does that then she will be liable for civil contempt as also been held by the supreme court in a recent decision. Further, if she is threatening and attempting to commit suicide, report this to the local police station to be on the safer side and let them call and do her counselling and let her admit before the police that she tried to commit suicide due to fights with her boy friend and not because of you. If you have any proofs with you regarding the infidelity as claimed by you, produce that before the police officer concerned with your case.

    Sir if your wife is cheat you .You have a ground of Adultry and its a grounds for divorce
    First of all You should file a complain against Your wife in your local jurisdication police station that My Wife is continue threat me for Commiting suicide becuase i caught her to cheat me and She is affair with her Ex boyfrind for 6 months
    And you should clearly mention in your fir complain about threat ..if my wife commiting suicide i m not liable for her. Suicide..
    And You want to mutual Divorce which ks not possible
    You file a fresh suit in court for divorce in ground of adultry under sec 13(1)(i) in family law
    You should go with adultry ground
    There you didnt need to given for her maintaince.But You need to solid proof and Evidence against her ..You havr to prove she is cheat with you
